• Moving or lifting heavy furniture

• Cleaning of bathrooms and areas outside the home premises

• Tasks requiring ladders or work beyond safe working height

• Handling of pets, plants, or medical care-related activities

• Cleaning or access to unsafe or inaccessible areas
